| The special energy structure of "more coal,less oil and gas shortage" in my country has caused the occurrence of haze pollution to a certain extent,and the haze-prone areas are highly consistent with the transmission corridors and the concentrated areas of electricity load.The smog environment will have a huge impact on the insulators such as the transmission system,especially the insulator in the power system.In a short period of time,it will exacerbate the total amount of insulting surface contamination,and the high humidity environment will also induce the occurrence of stain flash accidents,and seriously threaten the safety and stability of the power system.Reduce the probability of staining,and is critical to improving the safety stability of the transmission system.The superhydrophobic coating has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of electricity system insulated anti-fouling field due to its superior hydrophobicity.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a super-hydrophobic coating that can be operated in a smog environment to enhance the insulator antifouling level.This is not only important engineering significance for reducing and preventing power system failures,but also has huge social benefits.By analyzing the application results of superhydrophobic coating,based on the need for line insulator applications,a super-hydrophobic coating is proposed.It has been tested that the prepared coating has a maximum static contact angle of 154.8 °,and the surface of the coating is distributed with a large amount of micro-nano " patches " structure.In addition,the comparison analysis between the RTV coating and the preparation of the super-hydrophobic coating between the adhesion,resisting ultraviolet aging,flashing voltage,self-cleaning and other characteristics.The results show that the superhydrophobic coating prepared by the layered principle also has a better adhesion,that is,the superhydrophobic coating can be more securely adhered to the surface of the substrate,and a longer period of time can be used;After100 hours of ultraviolet aging,the hydrophobicity of the RTV coating is basically lost.Although the hydrophobicity of the superhydrophobic coating has also declined,the static contact angle can still be maintained at 130 °;The nanoparticles filled inside the superhydrophobic coating allow the accelerated surface charge dissipation speed and improve the flash voltage.Compared with the silicone rubber substrate,the ultra-hydrophobic coating flash voltage can be increased by about 20%;Even if the surface of the superhydrophobic coating is contamination,the coating still has self-cleaning capabilities under the wetting of fog water.And the larger the sample is placed,the better the cleaning of the decontamination.Based on the construction of the simulated haze test platform,the FXBW-35/70 insulator is selected,and the LXY-70 glass insulator sprayed super-hydrophobic coating,and the experimental experiment and leakage current test were carried out in the smog environment.The results show that there is less accumulated insulation in superhydrophobic coating,and the leakage current is also lower.The above studies have shown that the superhydrophobic coating has a durability,superhydrophobicity and a higher flash voltage.The coating is also very small adhesion strength,with self-cleaning ability,and exhibiting a good antifouling effect in the simulated smog environment,and improves the reliability of operating insulators in the smog environment to a certain extent. |
