| In the process of railway construction,there are some faults due to man-made and equipment itself in the installed railway indoor signal equipment.If it is not debugged and the problems are found out,potential safety hazards will be left.At the same time,because the indoor and outdoor construction is not synchronized,the conditions for real outdoor signal equipment to debug indoor signal equipment are often not available.For this reason,the tester uses the panel integrated with the analog outdoor signal equipment,that is,the outdoor analog panel to debug the indoor signal equipment.However,traditional analog disks have problems such as large size,poor versatility,and insufficient interlock testing.Therefore,it is of practical significance to design a new outdoor analog disk device to improve the portability,versatility and comprehensiveness of the test device.The thesis uses analog circuit technology,digital circuit technology,embedded technology and wireless communication technology to complete the design of the lower computer device of the railway signal outdoor general analog disk.The device consists of an analog signal machine board,an analog switch machine board,an analog track circuit board,and a main control board.The analog signal board uses CBB capacitors as the signal load,and uses light-emitting diodes as the light indicator unit.By connecting resistors and diodes in series and parallel in the loop for circuit protection,the filament relay can be reliably sucked up and can be used for various outdoor signals of the railway.Perform simulations.The analog switch machine board adopts power resistance parallel capacitance equivalent motor coil,uses multiple groups of magnetic latching relay contacts to simulate the internal contact group of the switch machine,and simulates the rectifier unit through the diode,which can simulate the outdoor part of the switch machine and debug the indoor circuit part of the switch machine..The analog track circuit board uses centralized parameters to equivalent the primary distribution parameters of the rail,and simulates the train operation by controlling the indoor track relay to pick up or drop.The device makes the test more fully by adding a simulated filament broken wire circuit,a simulated turnout four-open circuit,and a simulated rail broken circuit.The main control board uses the STM32F407 chip as the microprocessor,transplants the UCOSII operating system,uses I/O port expansion technology to collect and control the status of the analog signal device,uses wireless communication technology to upload the signal device status and receives and analyzes the control instructions of the upper computer.The host computer and analog outdoor signal equipment board cards make debugging more convenient.The test results show that the analog panel lower computer device designed in the thesis can debug the railway indoor signal equipment.Compared with the traditional analog panel,it has the characteristics of strong versatility,comprehensive testing and portability,and has certain practical value and practical significance. |
