The development of electric vehicle technology provides an effective means to alleviate the energy pressure and environmental pollution,among which the electric four-wheel drive vehicle is favored by the majority of consumers because of its good power.Aiming at the problem that there is a common action area between the power distribution system and ESP system of four-wheel drive vehicle at present,and single control system can not play the best control effect,this paper proposes an effective combination of active power distribution and integrated control of electronic stability system of electric four-wheel drive vehicle to realize the active distribution strategy of inter axle and inter wheel power of electric four-wheel drive vehicle,based on active power distribution and vehicle This paper studies the control and stability performance of the electric four-wheel drive vehicle under the integrated control method.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)In this paper,the research status and development status of power distribution and ESP technology for 4WD vehicle at home and abroad are analyzed firstly,then the whole vehicle dynamics analysis of the electric 4WD vehicle is carried out,and a seven degree of freedom electric 4WD vehicle model is built based on MATLAB / Simulink software,including the whole vehicle dynamics part,the drive motor part,the transmission system part and the tire attachment module,auxiliary calculation module.In order to achieve targeted analysis,the block modeling method is adopted,which lays the foundation for the next step of vehicle performance analysis.2)This paper analyzes the influence of the power distribution of the electric fourwheel drive vehicle on the performance of the whole vehicle,obtains the relationship between the longitudinal and lateral adhesion of the vehicle on the basis of the mechanical characteristics of the tire,studies the influence of the power distribution ratio between the front and rear axles of the vehicle and the left and right wheels on the yaw moment and rotation characteristics of the vehicle,and finally carries out different working conditions and power distribution on the whole vehicle model The analysis and research of vehicle driving stability performance under the condition of proportion,and the corresponding conclusions are obtained.3)The neural network PID controller and the differential braking fuzzy controller of the dynamic driving force distribution system are designed respectively.On this basis,the upper controller based on the coordinated control of the power distribution and ESP is developed.Through the simulation analysis of the different adhesion coefficient road,it is concluded that the power distribution and ESP coordinated controller have better control performance than the single control method.4)Based on the collected data and Ni PXI equipment,the hardware in the loop test platform of torque distribution is built.Through the test and analysis of the whole vehicle model and control system structure,the coordination control method proposed in this paper has good control effect.
