| The scientific allocation of public facilities in village and the improvement of the service level of village is one of the most important tasks to promote the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas. The reasonable layout of public facilities in village is directly related to the efficiency of daily use by villagers, the economy of investment and construction by government, and the fairness of social public resource distribution. For a long time, the traditional selection of public facilities is often based on the empirical judgment of planning departments. It requires a lot of human and financial resources for research and demonstration, and furthermore,it is difficult to have a comprehensive and macroscopic control of large-scale village space. With the booming development of spatiotemporal big data technology,it has become possible to build a location selection model of public facilities in villages based on multi-source village spatial data sets and multi-objective optimization. In this paper, through the strategy of combining traditional research and modern technical methods, the spatial data set of villages is established as the data base of location selection model.Based on the comprehensive consideration of economy, efficiency and fairness of public facility siting, the location selection models corresponding to different public facility types are established. And the multi-objective optimization calculation of the model is carried out using different optimization algorithms. Finally, taking Dangtu Town in Maanshan as an example, the established location selection model is verified and analyzed. And as an application result, the validity of the established model and the rationality of siting are proved, which provides new ideas for optimizing the siting layout of public facilities in villages and towns. |
