Perovskites have received attention in the past few decades due to their excellent photoelectric properties and have become a candidate for solar cell application after silicon semiconductor.High photoluminescence efficiency,low trap density and long carrier diffusion length are of benefit to application in lasers,photoelectric detection,LED and other devices.However,the working lifetime of devices tend to be reduced because perovskite is easily affected by water molecules in the air,oxygen,or ultraviolet,etc.Researcher reports lots of ways to improve the stability of perovskite,including coating polymers with organic molecules.But the coating materials are usually PS,PMMA,etc,which are not conductive to the application of electrical devices.Therefore,the way to synthesis perovskite with high stability for devices is extremely significant.An easily and environmental friendly aqueous synthesis technology of MAPbX3@PbOHX was reported.It has excellent photoelectric property for applying in photoelectric devices.The main works are as follows:(1)An aqueous synthesis method to prepare MAPbBr3@PbOHBr,which has 58%PL quantum yield.It still preserves 71.6%initial PL intensity after five recycles.The MAPbBr3@PbOHBr has good stability,whatever in air,water or other polar solvent.Moreover,the luminescence mechanism and photoluminescence lifetime are discussed.The White LED has a high color rendering index of 73.3.Finally,the application of MAPbBr3@PbOHBr in electroluminescent devices and photoelectric detectors can also be realized.(2)The synthesis of MAPbI3@PbOHI has also been reported on the basis of the preparation of MAPbBr3@PbOHBr.The MAPbI3@PbOHI has high photoluminescence at750nm.At the same time,the MAPbI3@PbOHI applied in the photoelectric detector also has responsive,which h can reach the switching ratio of 50.35.The material has important reference value for the application of stable solar cells in the future.
