| Spoke type cable truss structure is a relatively common long-span spatial structure,which has been applied in many stadiums at home and abroad and has a long history of development.Its formation mechanism comes from bicycle wheels,so it is also called spokes type structure.In this paper,taking the stadium of Sanya City as the engineering carrier,the mechanical properties and construction key technical problems of the spokes type cable truss structure are studied.The origin and composition of spokes type cable truss are briefly introduced.The present situation of engineering application is introduced from both domestic and foreign aspects.The research status at home and abroad is introduced from four aspects: construction tensioning method,mechanical property analysis,form-finding analysis method and cable break analysis.This paper introduces the general situation of the project carrier Sanya Stadium.The mechanical properties of spokes type cable truss are studied from static analysis and natural vibration analysis.Static analysis through the load combination of constant,live,wind,temperature and other loads,studies the influence of prestress level,normal use limit state,bearing capacity limit state three aspects of the structure of internal force and displacement response law,the structure has a good mechanical properties.ANSYS modal analysis was used to analyze the natural vibration performance of the structure,and the first 20 order vibration shapes and the corresponding frequencies and periods were extracted.The vertical vibration shapes were the main mode of the structure.In this paper,the overall construction scheme of the project carrier is studied.According to the stress characteristics of the spoke type cable truss cantilever structure of Sanya Stadium,the construction scheme of the peripheral steel structure and the construction scheme of the cable net structure are proposed respectively.In view of the structural difficulties of the spoke type cable truss,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,including the installation,traction and hoisting,tensioning and construction analysis of the cable truss.In view of the overall construction scheme proposed in the third chapter,the finite element analysis is carried out for the construction of peripheral steel structure and cable net structure.For the construction scheme of the peripheral steel structure,using MIDAS and ANSYS software modeling analysis,respectively,to verify the rationality of the construction scheme of the peripheral steel structure,for the cable network structure construction scheme,using ANSYS software,using nonlinear dynamic finite element NDFEM form-finding method,the lifting tension of the cable network structure for fine analysis,The structural response and construction parameters under key construction conditions are obtained.The structural response includes cable force,steel structure stress and cable net displacement,etc.,and the construction parameters include traction cable length and strut installation time,etc.,which verify the rationality of the cable-net structure construction scheme and provide reference for the construction of spoke-type cable truss structure.In view of the traction cable failure in the traction and hoisting process of cable truss structure,the necessity of this analysis was proposed.The dynamic analysis was carried out by ANSYS.Starting from the failure of five-axis traction cable,the dynamic response of the structure with the length of the tooling cable of 0.1m and the length of the tooling cable of 0.5m were analyzed respectively.The failure of a single traction cable will cause the continuous collapse of the structure,while the failure of a single traction cable will not cause the continuous collapse of the structure when the length of the tooling cable is 0.5m.And put forward the construction suggestion to the related project.The slip resistance test of cable clip in Sanya Stadium is carried out,and the significance of the slip resistance test of cable clip is introduced.The torque coefficient,the average attenuation of fastening force of high strength bolt,the ultimate bearing capacity and the comprehensive friction coefficient of the cable clip are determined.Through comparative experiments,the effect of the shear key of the cable clip on the anti-sliding bearing capacity of the cable clip is obtained.This paper introduces the key construction technology of cable truss structure,including the selection of tooling equipment and the working principle of hydraulic lifting system.The calculation method of cable length adjustment considering the coordinate error of external joint and the influence of the stiffness domain of cable joint is put forward,and the adjustment amount of the radial cable length in Sanya Stadium is calculated.In the end,this paper summarizes the research contents and results,and points out the contents that need further study. |
