| With the deepening of urbanization and the increase in the number of newly built residential quarters,urban commerce has become more intensive.However,with the upgrading of consumption structure and the trend of social diversification,traditional commercial complexes have gradually turned into an era of inventory optimization and transformation.From the farmer’s market at the beginning,to the department store later,to the large-scale urban commercial complex now,it seems that the supporting facilities are getting better and better,but there are still a series of problems.Although large-scale urban commercial complexes are multi-functional and intensive commercial places,they are often far away from residential areas so that the residents cannot arrived quickly and conveniently.Although the community business is close to the residential area,there are some problems for example,the surrounding environment is too noisy,the service function is too single,and the commercial supporting facilities are not suitable.From this point of view,the existing urban commerce can no longer fully meet the basic needs of community residents’ daily consumption,and the problems of homogenization of the place experience still exist.For the daily consumption of community residents,in addition to pursuing a fast and convenient "one-stop" shopping method,they also hope to have a unique life experience.The community commercial complex is a "one-stop" comprehensive commercial center integrating community commerce,community management,community medical care,community elderly care,culture and art,sports and health and other public services and commercial shops,and strives to create an atmosphere of nature,leisure,culture art for community residents.The emergence of the experiential community commercial complex has increased the happiness of community residents,changed the face of the city,improved the comprehensive competitiveness of our country’s urban commerce,allowed the original disorderly community commerce to develop in an orderly manner and strengthened the neighborhood The cohesion of residents has led to a new experiential consumption model.This thesis mainly discusses the fundamental changes in lifestyle and shopping methods brought by experiential consumption.Under the guidance of open experience space,different spatial organization forms integrated into the design.Through the analysis of the government’s policy guidance and the current situation of community services combined,the design ideas of the overall space with practical cases,summarized the design methods of the public space of the experiential community commercial complex.Furthermore,this thesis can provide more design possibilities of the construction of commercial complexes. |
