| With the development of economic growth and people’s living standard,the energy demand is also increasing,and the problem of energy consumption is becoming more and more significant.The energy consumption of industrial buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved,and green industrial building related policy promotion and energy conservation issues become the current development trend.Based on the study of indoor thermal environment of textile mills in hot-summer and cold-winter zone,this paper highlights the huge problem of building energy consumption in this industry,and puts forward targeted building energy saving strategies,which can play a reference role for energy saving and emission reduction of textile mills in the future.Based on the theory of indoor thermal environment factors of textile mill production process,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the thermal environment of this kind of plant.In view of the climate characteristics of hot-summer and cold-winter area,the author chooses the current situation of textile mills in Meishan area to carry out field research,and analyzes the general situation of architectural planning,design and envelope structure.The representative and large-scale Jine textile mill was selected for indoor thermal environment measurement,and the relationship between indoor thermal environment and energy consumption was obtained through the analysis of the measured data,and the problems were found.Put forward the building energy saving optimization strategies: envelope structure,ventilation organization,air conditioning energy saving,renewable energy utilization.Considering the integrated design of heat preservation,heat insulation,condensation and other aspects in the optimization of the envelope structure,through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages,the building energy saving strategy which is more suitable for the zone of the textile mill is selected,which provides the basis for the specific optimization strategy of the golden goose textile mill.For the textile mill,PKPM industrial energy saving software was used to simulate the energy consumption before and after optimization,and verify whether the optimization scheme of envelope structure meets the requirements of the code.On the basis of the current situation simulation,the building energy consumption under roof,wall,door and window,ground and all aspects of the optimization strategy is simulated respectively,and the current situation and the energy consumption data after five optimizations are compared and analyzed.Good and appropriate natural lighting and ventilation are conducive to building energy saving,so the current situation and optimized lighting and ventilation are simulated,and then compared and analyzed.Through simulation,the data of thermal performance,condensation,condensation and moisture resistance of the envelope structure are obtained to verify the reliability of different optimization strategies.Finally,the results of the data comparison and analysis,the most optimal,the most economic scheme,for the future of the textile industry plant design to provide a reference. |
