| In today’s era of rapid economic development and people’s living standards,the main social contradiction in our country has been transformed into a contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.As a major railway country,my country has developed rapid high-speed railways in recent years.However,for traditional fast trains that are still the main force of passenger transportation,they have not been well upgraded for a long time,and the attention is not enough,and it is difficult to meet the physical and psychological of contemporary travelers’ demand.Sleeping space is an important part of fast trains.Passengers have an inherent impression of being simple and uncomfortable.How to reverse this impression while ensuring the high cost performance of fast trains and giving passengers a comfortable ride experience is an urgent problem to be solved.This article aims to explore the design method of fast train sleeper space with the core of how to improve the passenger experience.The research is based on the concept of Kano model,a demand research and analysis tool,combined with the design perspective of QFD theory.First,it summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign fast trains and Kano models,and clarifies the basic research framework and technical route of the thesis.Then,based on the research on the characteristics of passengers in the sleeping space of express trains,the composition of the sleeping space-passenger system of express trains is summarized and studied,and the characteristics and interactions of the elements in the system are analyzed and studied.Based on the construction of the sleeper space-passenger system,the research and analysis of passenger demand are carried out: Through the combined use of multiple research methods such as questionnaire survey,field interviews,behavior observation,and flow analysis,the target passenger groups and characteristics are determined,and passenger needs are obtained;Use Kano model theory to investigate and classify passenger needs,and adjust the importance of passenger needs to obtain the final ranking,and obtain the important attributes for passengers such as sitting and lying comfort,semi-sitting and lying rest,and privacy protection;Transform the demand information into technical features suitable for research and development through QFD theory,and sort them,and build a house of quality model to guide subsequent design.Finally,this article combines the above research results,combined with the consideration of chromatics,visual imagery and other factors,proposes a design plan for the express train sleeper space,and evaluates and screens the plan.The optimized final plan improves the comfort of passengers and protects the privacy and safety of passengers on the way.This study will provide a theoretical and program reference for the subsequent study of the sleeping space of fast trains. |
