| One belt,one road strategy has been developing in recent years,and the demand for logistics and transportation is booming.This not only provides new development opportunities for logistics enterprises serving the cross-border transportation between China and Vietnam,but also makes them face broader market challenges.How to reduce cost and increase efficiency of cross-border transportation between China and Vietnam has become an urgent problem for many logistics enterprises.In view of the lack of research on the current highway transportation connection mode,this paper takes the cross-border transportation connection mode of China Vietnam highway as the research object,and carries out research from two aspects of cargo transshipment mode and feeder vehicle scheduling.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the optimization of contaainer exchange mode.Firstly,through the analysis of the practical application effect of the container exchange mode which is suitable for highway cross-border transportation between China and Vietnam,the paper concludes that the basic reason for the large-scale development is the lack of a unified evaluation index system for containers.Then,the factors that affect the use of containers are systematically selected,and the evaluation index system of containers is constructed by AHP.The application scheme of the evaluation index system is conceived in detail,which provides a decision support with fairness and efficiency for the container exchange activities.(2)Research on the optimization of bilateral feeder routing in deterministic environment.Based on the description and definition of bilateral feeder routing problem of cross-border transportation between China and Vietnam,considering its particularity in transportation task,transportation vehicle,receicving time and customer arrival times,this paper establishes a mathematic model to minimize the total transportation cost of the sum of vehicle fixed cost,vehicle driving cost and time penalty cost.And the constraints of the model are transportation sequence and vehicle partition.(3)Research on the robust optimization of bilateral feeder routing with uncertain transportation time.Considering the uncertainty of transportation time,the robust linear transformation of uncertain parameters of transportation time in the model is carried out by Bertimas robust optimization model.The mixed integer programming model is solved by greedy algorithm.Then,the results are used as the initial feasible solution,and a series of tabu search algorithms with variable neighborhood structure are input.This method can enlarge the search space and avoid detour search,and help to solve the robust optimization model efficiently and accurately.(4)Case study.On the basis of the above research,the real data provided by Dingchen international logistics company is used to calculate the economic benefits of container exchange mode and generate vehicle routing for 30 transportation task.The results of the experiment show that on the one hand the container exchange mode has a good prospect of practical application under the optimization of container evaluation index,and on the other hand,the robust optimization model and the designed variable neighborhood tabu search algorithm can better deal with the bilateral feeder vehicle routing problem with uncertain transportation time.The sensitivity analysis of parameters is convenient for decision makers in different situations to achieve the balance of economy and risk of scheduling.The combination of the research results of cargo transshipment mode and bilateral feeder vehicle scheduling can effectively improve the cross-border transportation efficiency and reduce transportation cost between China and Vietnam,which is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of logistics enterprises and promote the development of trade between China and Vietnam. |
