Development And Application Of New Fixture For Gantry Crane Tracks

The fixture for the track of gantry crane is an important part of modern logistics center operation.In the process of cargo loading and unloading,gantry cran e runs frequently.Once an accident occurs,it will cause heavy casualties and material damage.The fixture is the key to ensure the crane running,and it is also an important source of crane running diseases.Therefore,it is very significant to study the fixture.Aiming at the problem that the traditional device is easy to appear diseases and even cause accidents,this paper develops a new type of fixture for the track of gantry crane.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The existing fixture for the track of gantry crane in railway freight yard is investigated,and the common diseases and their formation mechanism in use are analyzed,and the design requirements of new fixed device are established.(2)The structure design and material selection of the fixture for the track of gantry crane are completed.According to the analysis and Research on three kinds of equipment of 40 t,50t and 40.5t container gantry crane commonly used in railway freight yard,the mechanical model of track and its fastener is established under different working conditions for steel plate supportin g fastener and concrete supporting block fastener,and the stress analysis and theoretical calculation are carried out.The finite element structural analysis and strength verification of track,iron plate,pressing plate,bolt and other parts are carried out by using the simulation software ANSYS.(3)Fatigue test and static load test are carried out for the fixture for the track of gantry crane.Through the dynamic loading test with reasonable tooling,the load of gantry crane is simulated,whether the as sembly fatigue performance of fastener system under long-term working conditions meets the requirements and the ultimate bearing capacity of fastener system is tested.After the test,through the sample appearance inspection and the test data analysis,the results show that the device has no significant deformation or damage after fatigue test and bearing capacity test,which meets the design and application requirements.At present,the fixed device has been successfully applied in practical engineering,a nd has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
