Multimodal transportation has many advantages such as safety,high efficiency,low cost,and environmental protection,and can effectively realize the seamless connection of different transportation methods.As a new type of rail transit system with good compatibility,low cost and simple construction,the suspended monorail transportation system is applied to containerized multimodal transportation to promote the in-depth development of multimodal transportation,which is of great significance to the development of our country’s freight transport.At present,there is a lack of relevant standards for suspended monorail systems in China,and theoretical research is mainly based on rigid tracks,ignoring the impact of flexible track on vehicle dynamics.In this paper,the track is regarded as an elastic body,the finite element model is established in ANSYS and imported into the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK to obtain the vehicle-track coupling model,and then the vehicle-track system operation performance simulation analysis is carried out.Refer to relevant standards to determine the design principles of track beams.With reference to the suspended monorail track beam structure of the Chiba Line in Japan,a finite element model of the track beam was established in the finite element software ANSYS.Compare the influence of the steel plate thickness and span of the beam body on the performance of the track,and determine the structural parameters of the track beam that meet the requirements of use.Perform sub-structure analysis on the track,introduce the principle of vehicle-bridge coupling and the modeling process,generate the track structure as an elastic body input file through the interface program FEMBS between SIMPACK and ANSYS,and obtain the suspended monorail vehicle-track coupled vibration model.Based on GB/T5599-2019 and relevant standards of the railway industry,combined with the actual operation of suspended monorail freight trains,the dynamic performance evaluation indexes of suspended monorail freight trains and track are proposed.The simulation solution is carried out in the SIMPACK coupling model,and the dynamic performance indexes of the vehicle body vibration acceleration,wheel load reduction rate,guide wheel guiding force,and running wheel vertical force are obtained to evaluate the performance of the suspended monorail freight train under the straight line.In addition,the dynamic response of track under different operating speeds and loads is analyzed,Including vertical displacement and vertical vibration acceleration.Simulate the dynamic models under the flexible track and the rigid track respectively,and explore the difference of the simulation results of the running performance under the elastic track and the rigid track.In this way,the influence of elastic track beam on the dynamic performance of suspended monorail vehicle is obtained.Finally,the paper analyzes the influence of crosswind and secondary rubber spring stiffness on vehicle dynamics.The above simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of suspended monorail trucks.
