Research On The Daeign Of Urban Planning Exhibition Hall Based On POE Optimization

Planning exhibition hall is not only a special development of exhibition buildings,but also a platform for the public to participate in urban planning and construction,a window for the exhibition and exchange of urban investment,and a space for the public,researchers and the government to communicate with each other.However,in its 20 years of rapid development and construction process,there are many problems,and there is a big gap between the design intent and the actual use of functions.Therefore,this paper hopes to use Poe method to make representative plans of different scales in the Yangtze River Delta region,including Zhenjiang planning exhibition hall,Suzhou planning exhibition hall,Shanghai Songjiang city planning exhibition hall,etc The research on the evaluation of the library is carried out.Combined with the key design points in the design process of loujiang New Town Planning Exhibition Center in Taicang City,this paper focuses on the composite function composition mode of exhibition hall,spatial experience evaluation,regional expression validity,new technology application and other aspects to form a Poe evaluation model.The research results are fed back to the design stage of loujiang New Town Planning Exhibition Center to optimize the design.Because the Planning Museum is different from other types of public buildings for a long time,its related theoretical research content and research methods are relatively lacking.Therefore,this paper hopes to make a more comprehensive and systematic study on it by using Poe method,so as to provide a certain degree of design strategy reference for the Planning Museum design stage.This paper is divided into five partsThe first chapter introduces the research background,research object and content,research purpose and significance,research methods.The second chapter is the basic overview of building Poe and planning exhibition hall,which summarizes the development status,type level,evaluation model and related supplementary theory of Poe method;at the same time,it combs the development and construction status of relevant design theory of planning exhibition hall.The third chapter is about the contents and methods of Poe investigation and evaluation of urban planning exhibition hall.It defines the investigation contents and methods of the research,establishes the investigation and evaluation framework of such building types of planning exhibition hall,and determines the investigation and evaluation methods.The fourth chapter is the evaluation and analysis of Poe survey results of urban planning exhibition hall.Combined with the image and data information recorded in the survey process,the evaluation is carried out and the corresponding design strategies are obtained.The fifth chapter is the optimization design,using the design strategy in the fourth chapter to optimize the design.
