Research On The Application Of Configuration Scheme For Relay Protection In Intelligent Substation

Electric power is the precondition of rapid and stable development of local economy.With the sustained and rapid development of the economy,the demand for electricity continues to increase rapidly.In recent years,due to the improvement of people’s living standard and the awareness of environmental protection,the petitions,complaints and disputes concerning transmission and transformation projects have been increasing year by year.Based on traditional grid planning,this paper integrates environmental management and grid planning.For the difference between the demolition scope and the scope of the standard of environmental factors of large and medium-sized power transmission project,in order to avoid civil disputes and complaints caused by the construction and operation,at the line selection stage in power grid planning,sensitive points should be changed in accordance with environmental standards to ensure the sensitive points reach environmental standards.Taking a common tower with the lowest height and the greatest impact on the surrounding environment as an example,Based on the theoretical model recommended by the environmental impact assessment of power transmission and transformation projects,the power frequency electric field intensity and magnetic induction intensity at the environmentally sensitive points are calculated.we calculated the minimum distance of the line to be conceded from the sensitive point to the environmental standard through the theoretical model.At the same time,when the line is unable to be conceded,the influence of transmission line project on sensitive points should be reduced by using reverse phase sequence,heterogeneous sequence and elevated lines,so as to ensure the coordinated development of electric power construction and surrounding environment.Through the case of Zonghanling 220 kV transmission line project in power grid planning stage as an example,through the analysis of geological topography,meteorological conditions,according to local pollution,ice distribution and geological disaster areas etc,clear power equipment selection standard.At the same time,marking the relevant environmental sensitive points,making sure that the transmission lines will be conceded according to the environmental protection standards to ensure that the impact of the transmission line projects on the surrounding environment can be controlled,is being controlled,will be controlled,and the environmental factors of sensitive points will meet the national standards.
