With the increasing pressure of environmental protection,the policy of energy saving and emission reduction in the country is gradually increasing.The traditional coal stove heating in northern China is seriously polluted,which is gradually being eliminated.In order to replace the traditional pollution-backward heating method,in this paper a set of intelligent induction heating system based on electrical energy is presented,which can be used as a new mode of energy saving and environmental protection for distributed domestic heating in northern china.The contributions of this study can be summarized as follows:1.The development status of induction heating power supply at home and abroad is analyzed.Compared with the main existing electric heating methods,the physical principle of induction electric boiler is presented.A distributed domestic heating system method based on electromagnetic induction heating system is proposed.2.Based on the analysis of the commonly used topology structure,the overall project design method is proposed.In which the design method of the 5 k W ultra-audio-frequency induction heating power supply for the distributed domestic heating system based on single phase uncontrollable rectifier,dc-dc transform power regulation,half bridge inverter,digital phase tracking is presented,and the main circuit parameters of 5k W super audio induction heating power supply is analyzed in detail.3.The auxiliary hardware circuit and software structure of intelligent induction heating system are proposed.In this paper,the main controller,UC3843 auxiliary power supply,IGBT driver,load current " over zero" detection,temperature detection and protection circuit are analyzed.The main program,the fault self-checking program,dual machine redundancy coordination,phase tracking,.etc are presented in the software part.The experimence of the system is carried out.The results indicate that the system is reliable and stable in the laboratory conditions,and the system design is reasonable and can meet the design requirements.
