| With the rapid development of the power grid,the number and scale of substations have expanded dramatically,making the contradiction between the sharp increase in the number of substations and the shortage of operation and maintenance personnel increasingly prominent.Hence,the use of inspection robots for inspection has important practical significance for unmanned substations.However,at present,most inspection robots are still in the stage of image acquisition,and the process of fault identification and table reading still require manual participation,which are not fully intelligent.In this paper,we focus on the key algorithm of image processing technology involved in unattended substation and systematically studies the infrared image segmentation algorithm of power equipment,pointer instrument image enhancement algorithm,and pointer instrument automatic recognition algorithm to achieve automatic fault judgment and intelligent instrument reading.The main research contents are as follows:(1)An adaptive growth area method for infrared image segmentation of power equipment is proposed to solve the problem of complex background and noise interference in the collected infrared images.Considering the characteristics of the infrared image itself,the K-means clustering algorithm is introduced to realize the automatic identification of seed points,and the accurate segmentation of power equipment through the improvement of the growth criterion.(2)An improved MSRCR(Multi-Scale Retinex with Color Restore)image enhancement algorithm is proposed to improve the problem of uneven illumination and unclear local blur occurred in visible light images.The introducing of the LIP(Logarithm Image Processing)model,improved the low-brightness part of the image,and ensure that the resulting image is not distorted after processing combined with the MSRCR algorithm.(3)A pointer instrument recognition algorithm based on coordinate positioning is proposed to solve the problems of complicated instrument panel background and damping fluid interference.First,a circle detection algorithm based on the arc-support line segment is proposed to detect the disc to obtain the coordinate of the center and radius of the circle.Second,using the pointerless template to obtain the pointer,and apply the concentric circle algorithm to locate the refined pointer.Finally,the automatic reading is calculated by the relative position of the pointer and the zero scale.In summary,this paper proposes three intelligent algorithms for image processing based on the actual working conditions of unmanned substations,and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithms proposed in this paper through simulation experiments,qualitative experiments and quantitative experiments. |
