Zhejiang Province puts forward that life based on 5-10 minutes life circle needs to build future communities,but there is no targeted standard or norm at present.Therefore,based on the theory of community life circle,the theory of "small blocks,dense road network",the theory of open blocks,the theory of mixed residence and related practices,combined with the requirements of future community creation,this paper constructs a moderately open space model of mixed function mixed residence suitable for demolition and reconstruction future communities,evaluates and inspects the existing future community practice cases in Zhejiang Province based on this model,and studies the allocation and layout strategies of community supporting facilities on this basis.Firstly,this paper reviews the evolution track of residential planning since the 20 th century,summarizes the residential theory and practice from the perspective of urban planning,and discusses the phenomenon and reasons of repeating the mistakes of western modern residential planning in China.Then,it analyzes the form and concept of residential area advocated by the transformation from residential area planning to community living circle planning in China,and summarizes the characteristics and trends of quality,differentiation and classified allocation of facilities by comparing the differences of living circle related standards.Secondly,it discusses the planning mode and mixed residential mode of returning to street life and dense road network in small blocks in current academic circles,mainly including reasonable block scale and open mode,suitable street and traffic organization,reasonable mixed residential distribution mode and so on.Then,a more reasonable residential form of "small block,dense road network",spatial structure of "big open,small closed" and mode of "big mixed living,small concentrated living" are obtained.Combined with the requirements of the future community of demolition and reconstruction and the composition of the class involved,the space model of mixed function,mixed residence and moderate opening suitable for the future community of demolition and reconstruction is deduced and established.Then,based on the space model of mixed function,mixed residence and moderate opening suitable for the future community of demolition and reconstruction,combined with the supporting ways of quality,differentiation and classified allocation of living circle,this paper analyzes the three selected cases from the aspects of block scale,street traffic organization,space opening form,supporting facilities layout,mixed living layout,etc.,and concludes that the scale and opening form of the future community of Shangyu Hongyan are more in line with the "small block,"dense road network" and open block shape have also been specially optimized for the street traffic organization,and the differentiated full coverage of supporting facilities has been basically realized.The housing has an ideal mixed layout form,and it has obvious prodisadvantaged group strategy.Finally,combined with the previous research,the paper puts forward the allocation strategy and allocation suggestion list of supporting facilities by integrating the dimensions of public degree,communication nature,internal and external orientation,service scope,facilities quality and layout form of supporting facilities.Based on the list,the layout strategy of supporting facilities is deduced,and the changes of street shape and people and traffic logistics caused by different layout combinations are analyzed.Combined with the analysis conclusions of the selected three cases,relevant policy suggestions are put forward for the future community of demolition and reconstruction.
