| Vertical roller mill is an high efficiency and energy saving grinding equipment which is widely used in cement industry,non-metallic mineral industry,etc.Grinding system of vertical roller mill is a time-varying system with time delay,non-linearity and coupling.It is difficult to make the grinding system automatic and intelligent by traditional control methods.Traditional control methods have been difficult to adapt to the current production requirements as the progress of powder industry.In the face of the advance of the control system brought by the science of the Internet of things,in order to achieve the technical indicators of cost reduction,efficiency increase and unattended,it will be an important research direction in the future to optimize the grinding control system of the vertical roller mill through the Internet of things.Based on the research on the grinding process of vertical roller mill and the existing control system,a general model of the vertical roller mill control system was established,and then the expert rule base based on the Internet of things and the design of the predictive maintenance system were completed through the model,so as to optimize the control system of the vertical roller mill.By establishing expert rule base based on Internet of things,the intelligent control system of vertical roller mill can be optimized.Appropriate sensors are arranged to build the perception layer.Appropriate PLC program is written and the upper computer structure is improved to form the field management level.Through the network layer,the data is put into the database,and the classification and association algorithm in big data mining technology is used to generate the appropriate expert rule base as the application layer.The predictive maintenance system can make use of the network layer and part of the perception layer of the Internet of things mentioned above.And additional sensors are needed to complete the design of the perception layer.The ZYS3000 system is used as the field processing layer.The ZYC3000 system is used as the application layer combined with the technology of abnormal detection,life prediction and maintenance decision. |
