Lifting equipment in the construction of modern country is playing an increasingly important role,crawler crane truss arm because of their adapted to different weather road,can take the advantages of walking load and is not subject to regional restriction is widely applied in various fields of national economy.Truss arm lifting equipment is,however,a heavy equipment,covers many safety factors during the work may be caused by improper operation or lead to arm fracture,ground subsidence and control failure of a series of security problems,especially in nuclear and military industry,precise control of crane and real-time condition monitoring more stringent requirements are put forward.Subject mainly work cooperation projects during the period of the actual product QUY80 t QUY160t/QUY220 t crawler crane truss arm as the main research background,the paper on the basis of relevant technical requirements for electric control system of hardware and software design research and test analysis.This paper first introduces the system components of truss boom crawler crane,and in accordance with the relevant technical requirements of electrical control system functional requirements are analyzed.Secondly the article from the modularized design idea to design of electric control system,the system is divided into torque limiter control module,engine system control module,man-machine interface control module,the main controller module and so on four big modules,to the corresponding hardware and software design,each module and CAN bus network application effectively realized the communication between the various modules,enables the various modules to run smoothly.In the face of complicated industrial control,this system from two aspects of torque limiter and main controller,the main arm of truss arm assembly operation,fixed jib and tower jib three typical working conditions of electrical safety for logic control,and through the visual programming software Co Des Sys to write the system control program.The human-computer interaction monitoring system based on LCD,sensors and other related technology,implementation of the hydraulic system pressure monitoring and running turn blind area real-time monitoring.End after actual into the transition of validation,electrical safety control system can achieve automatic detection,real-time monitoring and alarm and force protection function,effectively solve the current market many disadvantages existing in the use of existing equipment,through the actual verification,test results in line with European F.E.M,GB6067-85,JG5055-94 and GB/T3811-2008 crane safety design criteria and system functional requirements.This topic mainly completed the body of the electric system safety control design,torque limiter system design,main controller design and the design of man-machine guardianship monitoring system,and passed the written test procedures for hardware debugging,fully verified the stability,reliability and rationality of system design,in the later series products can be widely promotion and application,greatly reduces the labor intensity and improve the safety of operators and has good market application prospect.
