Distribution network is an important part of the power grid,and plays a role in the distribution of electrical energy.Urban medium voltage distribution network faces the users directly.The reliability of power supply and the quality of power supply affect the production and living of the users.The reasonable and high reliability of urban medium voltage distribution network is an important guarantee for the normal use of electricity users,Its construction quality affects the stability of the national economic development and social order,and reasonable power planning can guide the power grid construction to achieve better economic and social benefits.so the planning of medium voltage distribution network reasonable or not is very important.This paper first introduced the power grid "meshing" planning concept,and establish a hierarchical grid mesh planning hierarchy based on different voltage levels,The idea and principle of grid division for medium voltage distribution network considering target grid are proposed.According to the terrain and landforms and load distribution characteristics,the power supply area is divided into three types of power supply areas.,and puts forward the different target grid of single-seat substation,two substations and three substations in different power supply area.In this paper,the transition period grid structure and the final grid structure adapting to different development stages of different power supply areas are proposed,and the evolution process is determined.On the basis of the previous section,take the city of XC as an example,Considering the geographical location,the detailed planning of urban control,the status quo of high voltage and medium voltage distribution network and so on,On the basis of load forecasting,Combined with the grid structure of power supply and target grid structure proposed in this paper,we design the target grid of medium voltage distribution network.This paper puts forward the improved ant colony algorithm with changeing the initial pheromone concentration,And it is used for auto-routing during the evolution of the target grid of the medium voltage distribution network that meets the requirements of gridded power supply.Under constraints such as power supply radius,line allowable capacity,and gridded power supply requirements,the radiation type grid frame of a certain substation is formed.On the basis of radial grids,use ant colony algorithm to form connection lines.Finally,a single contact target grid is formed to meet grid power supply requirements.At the end of this paper,Taking XC City Economic Development Zone and Caijinhu ecological new town as an example,meshing of medium voltage distribution grid.Applying the improved ant colony algorithm proposed in this paper for automatic wiring of medium voltage lines,forming a final network frame structure.The conclusion shows that this improved algorithm can be used to construct the target network rack under the grid power supply requirements of the city medium voltage distribution network.At a certain extent,it can save investment in construction.
