Under the WAVE OF INDUSTRY 4.0,advanced computer technology,network communication technology,sensor technology and so on to promote the manufacturing industry to accelerate the intelligent transformation and upgrading.Machining is an important part of manufacturing,and the mode of manufacturing is shifting from “Mass manufacturing”to “Mass personalized manufacturing”.Many equipment units and production lines in the machining workshop are becoming more and more automatic.The various problems of personnel access and logistics channels in the workshop application scene need to be solved urgently.Traditional single authentication method and single output control configuration can not meet the needs of existing workshop management.To this end,the research on intelligent access control system technology for machining workshop was carried out,and the combination of RFID,RFID and face recognition technology with access control system was combined to develop the access control management system at workshop level,in order to improve the safety,convenience and stability of the production process in the machine shop,and solve the problem of equipment,production line expansion and unified management.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Embedded terminal design of access control system,including high frequency RFID terminal and ultar-high-frequency RFID terminal,corresponding to personnel and material management data collection respectively.high frequency RFID termina uses RC522 module and OV2640 module for identification of Personnel Tags and face image acquisition,completes the hardware design and function realization on STM32 main control;Builds UHF RFID hardware platform based on MAGICRF M100,the residual label estimation problem in dynamic frame-slot anti-collision Algorithm is studied,and a control algorithm model is proposed.Considering the extensibility of the system,both terminals use DM9000 network module to complete the construction of network communication mode.(2)The design of access control system service management,including access control system identity management,identity authentication two parts.In the identity management of Access Control System,this paper discusses the operation process of personnel high-frequency label binding,material ultra-high-frequency label binding and face image collection,and puts forward the concrete realization process,this paper analyzes the operation process of high frequency tag authentication,human face image authentication,ultra high frequency material tag recording,and establishes the identification method of “ On-line AND off-line ” to meet the system reliability requirement under the complex network condition,the experimental verification of the related functions is realized and completed.(3)Based on.Net Platform has completed the development of the intelligent access control system of the machining workshop.First,the logical structure,function module and database structure of the service management end have been designed,and then we develop the user information management,access control information management and other functional modules,finally access control system terminal function test..The test results show that the intelligent access control system has the characteristics of stable operation,strong expansibility and intensive management,and can meet the needs of comprehensive management of personnel and materials in the machining workshop,the unified management of personne;material and access control in the machining workshop has been realized.
