In recent years,with the increase of energy demand,various environmental pollution problems caused by the use of fossil energy are becoming more and more serious.Lithium batteries are usually the preferred power source for different miniaturized devices.However,manufacturing lithium batteries requires additional costs,and issues such as carbon emissions cannot be ignored.Therefore,to develop renewable clean energy and promote the development of renewable energy has become an inevitable choice to solve today’s energy crisis.As an effective method to obtain renewable and clean energy from the environment,triboelectric nanogenerator has attracted wide attention in the contemporary world.This paper introduces the basic theory of triboelectric nanogenerator,and reveals its internal physical mechanism.Aiming at the problems of high loss,high ripple and unstable output of triboelectric nanogenerator after circuit processing,a power management circuit scheme of triboelectric nanogenerator for wind energy collection is proposed by using the equivalent circuit model of triboelectric nanogenerator,and the following work is done:(1)According to the output properties of triboelectric nanogenerator,based on Maxwell’s equations and electron transfer mechanism and equivalent voltage source model,the equivalent circuit model of triboelectric nanogenerator is established and simulated,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of power management circuit of triboelectric nanogenerator.(2)For the existing power management circuit,there are many discrete components and large loss;A power management circuit composed of clamp rectifier circuit and mechanical switch is proposed.The power management circuit uses the clamp circuit as the rectifier circuit to improve the rectified voltage;Reduce the use of discrete components to reduce the loss caused by components;Use mechanical switch instead of electronic switch to reduce circuit complexity.The theoretical analysis and design of the power management circuit of triboelectric nanogenerator are carried out.(3)Through the basic theoretical analysis,structural design,circuit design and simulation results of triboelectric nanogenerator for wind energy collection.Make the experimental prototype for wind energy collection and build the corresponding experimental platform.Taking reducing voltage rise time and output ripple as the research goal,based on virtual instrument technology,an output characteristic test system is built,relevant theoretical verification and experimental tests are carried out,the influence of resistance,capacitance,inductance and other parameters in the circuit on the output voltage is analyzed,and the generator output rules under different parameters are summarized.Experiments show that the stable DC output with ripple voltage of 0.07 V,crest factor of1.01 and ripple factor of 2.2% can be achieved by using the power management circuit of triboelectric nanogenerator.This research provides a feasible scheme for the stable output of triboelectric nanogenerator.
