With the development of science and technology and under the background of the industrialization innovation of "Made in China 2025",precision manufacturing technology is advancing by leaps and bounds,and the manufacturing of various equipment is developing towards precision,which requires more and more precision in the manufacturing of key parts of various equipment.Therefore,how to perform highprecision quality inspection of workpieces has become an urgent issue to be solved.This subject researches the requirements of high-precision real-time measurement of the surface profile of general-purpose workpieces.This paper designs and builds a general workpiece contour measurement platform.The control system uses A3200 motion controller,STIL spectroscopic confocal sensor is used for data acquisition,and the dual-frequency laser interferometer is used to compensate for the motion axis grating data to complete the hardware measurement platform.Design and build.An abstract path planning algorithm is proposed to make the measurement system adapt to a variety of workpieces including arched workpieces,spherical workpieces,and planar workpieces,which improves the versatility and scalability of the measurement system.An automatic control algorithm is proposed,which uses multi-threading technology to coordinately control the three-degree-offreedom motion axis to move the spectral confocal sensor lens,and cooperates with the bottom rotation axis to scan the surface contour of the workpiece,and obtain the threedimensional contour of the workpiece according to the tomography method.Point cloud data.Use Visual Studio C# to develop the measurement system desktop client software,study the synchronization problem of data acquisition between various hardware devices,and select the trigger measurement method to solve the data synchronization problem.And complete the design and development of the software equipment management,object measurement and data storage module,and realize the threedimensional real-time echo function of the measured workpiece contour during the measurement process.Finally,three different types of actual production workpieces of plane circular,arched workpiece and spherical workpiece were used to test the workpiece contour measurement system.The detailed contour data of the corresponding workpiece(movement axis data,sensor data and dual-frequency laser interference)were obtained.Instrument data)and three-dimensional point cloud data,which fully proved the correctness of the function of the workpiece contour measurement system.
