| AC PMSM is the primary choice of action execution components of servo system because of its excellent performance.Lower cogging torque and torque ripple and higher operation stability are the design direction of servo motor.However,in production and use,the accumulation of tolerance and mechanical wear often lead to static eccentricity of rotor and affect the electromagnetic performance of motor.Aiming at the design and analysis of servo motor,this paper studies the following aspects:According to the design requirements,the armature length and diameter are preliminarily calculated by the electromagnetic load method.Through the comparative analysis of the cogging torque and unbalanced magnetic pull,the combination of poles and slots is selected as 8 poles and 18 slots,and the winding arrangement is determined,the surface mounted rotor structure is used with the comparation of different rotor forms,the size parameters of the permanent magnet are determined,and the preliminary electromagnetic scheme design is completed.In Maxwell,the cogging torque is analyzed by finite element method and optimized by adjusting the pole embrace coefficient and chute which is more economical,with the final electromagnetic design scheme completed.Through the performance analysis,the magnetic flux,loss and efficiency of the PMSM with no-load、rated load、high-speed and overload workconditions are acquired.By scanning the motor performance under different working conditions,the efficiency cloud diagram of the motor is obtained,and the motor performance check is completed.The magnetic field of the motor is analyzed,getting the analytical expressions of air gap flux and electromagnetic force under no-load and load conditions,with the frequency and order distribution of electromagnetic force.The magnetic density and electromagnetic force under noload and load,as well as the vibration mode and frequency of stator mode are obtained through simulation analysis,and the vibration of the motor is obtained through simulation by ansys.In the condition of static rotor eccentricity,getting the order and frequency distribution of electromagnetic force wave introduced by eccentricity by analysis.The influence of static eccentricity on magnetic field and electromagnetic force is analyzed through Maxwell simulation,and the influence of static eccentricity on electromagnetic vibration under no-load and load conditions is acquired through simulation analysis. |
