Analysis And Evaluation Research On Safety Behavior Mode Of Pilot Instructor

As a special university to train civil aviation pilots,safety is an important guarantee for the normal teaching activities of CAFUC to realize the high-quality development.CAFUC is known as "The Cradle of Civil Aviation Pilots" and "Civil Aviation Whampoa",the number of flight instructors is larger than other training institutions.It is significant to study the safety behavior in the training of flight instructors,to explore the action of the safe behavior mode,and to supervise and control the influence factors.In view of this,this thesis mainly carried out the flight instructor safety behavior pattern analysis and evaluation research.The main contents of this thesis are the study of the factors affecting the safety behavior of flight instructors and the construction of the structure model of the factors.The investigation of the factors of influence is mainly based on the analysis of the factors of training events in recent years,the relevant opinions of flight experts,flight instructors and theoretical teachers,and is finally determined by the questionnaire survey of flight instructors.The relevant assumptions of interaction and influence path between factors are based on insecure event analysis and expert opinion.Using AMOS software,the mechanism model of safe behavior of flight instructors is initially constructed,and the questionnaire data is used for examination and correction.The model is formed,which conforms to the actual operation mechanism of the training.Finally,the typical unsafe events are selected to carry on the positive analysis and reverse test to the model,and further summarize and determine the accuracy and practicality of the model.In summary,this thesis analyzes and studies the safety behavior mode of flight instructors,explores and summarizes the factors affecting the safety behavior of flight instructors,provides targeted improvement objectives for controlling or reducing the occurrence of unsafe behavior of flight instructors,and has some theoretical reference value for reducing the occurrence of training incidents,improving training safety and analyzing unsafe events.
