Objective and efficient flight training quality evaluation is an important basis for ensuring the safety of flight training and improving the quality of flight training,and is an effective way to quantitatively evaluate the quality of flight training by using the flight parameter record data(hereinafter referred to as flight parameter data)collected during flight.At present,the flight training and assessment screening of trainees mainly adopt the method of manual assessment by instructors or inspectors,which is susceptible to interference by personal tendencies,with a certain degree of subjective arbitrariness,and time-consuming and laborious.In view of the above problems,this project makes full use of a large number of flight reference data recorded in flight training,and intends to establish a more objective,reasonable and accurate flight training quality evaluation method,and analyze its adaptability.Based on the analysis of flight reference data,a multi-faceted flight training quality evaluation method is established.First,the pre-processing of the flight reference data,and then the stage division of the flight reference data according to the rectangular take-off and landing route node judgment method,and the divided stage is scored according to the rectangular take-off and landing route scoring standard;secondly,the flight parameter data is a typical time series data,which calculates the time series distance between the flight parameter data and the standard flight template,and evaluates the time series based on the time series similarity measurement;and then the time series clustering is carried out according to the results obtained in the previous step.Time series cluster-based evaluations were performed based on the results of clustering,and finally,experiments were performed to obtain results and the three evaluations were analyzed for adaptability.Experiments show that the three flight quality evaluation methods studied in this thesis can quantitatively evaluate the flight control technology of flight students for different flight training subjects and at different levels.Among them,the evaluation method based on flight scoring criteria is suitable for flight quality analysis of flight training subjects with clear flight stages and meticulous scoring standards,such as rectangular take-off and landing routes,while flight quality evaluation methods based on time series similarity measures have a good evaluation effect on flight training subjects with characteristics such as angular cloud crossing routes,flying along DME arcs,etc.With continuous maneuvering flight and complicated scoring standards.The evaluation method based on time series clustering can evaluate and analyze the flight quality from the overall level of the flight students.
