The elevator overload protection device plays an important role in providing safety protection for the elevator and its occupants.So,how to detect the elevator overload protection device efficiently and accurately is particularly important.This paper mainly studies and designs a pseudo-weight device,which based on the hydraulic control.This device can be used to test the overload protection device of elevator.Firstly,the device studies the structure and mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Meanwhile it studies MFO and PID motor control algorithms,through simulation comparison we found that MFO algorithm in this system has better control effects.On this basis,the core of mechanical system of pseudo-weight device is composed of permanent magnet synchronous motor and hydraulic valve/rod.The device uses STM32 microcontroller as microcontroller to build a pseudo-weight device control system hardware circuit combined with the actual demands.The device can also connects to the phone via WIFI for remote control and data viewing.Finally,the system is tested,and a large number of experimental and test data are obtained to prove the reliability of the pseudo-replay device.At the same time,compared with the existing similar inspection and testing equipment,the pseudo-weight device has more advantages.
