| Global climate disturbances have attracted the attention of countries around the world.Many countries in the world have set their own "carbon neutrality" targets,and China has set the target of "carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060".The automobile industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy and plays an important role in achieving the goal of "carbon neutrality".Carbon footprint assessment is the first step in reducing carbon emissions for automotive companies,helping companies identify the processes and intensities of greenhouse gas emissions from the product life cycle to develop effective carbon reduction measures.In this paper,the S201 XXX bumper of an auto parts enterprise in Chongqing was used as the research object to evaluate the carbon footprint of its life cycle process(raw material preparation stage,production and manufacturing stage,use and maintenance stage,and scrap recycling stage).Through the quantitative evaluation of the carbon footprint of the bumper life cycle,the links and influencing factors of the bumper’s carbon emission intensity in the life cycle process are found to give targeted improvement measures.First,build a carbon footprint accounting model for auto bumpers.According to the product life cycle assessment method,the boundary of the life cycle system of the automobile bumper is determined,the carbon emission source of the life cycle is analyzed,the carbon factor method is applied,and the carbon footprint accounting model combining the life cycle assessment and the carbon footprint is established.Second,carry out quantitative evaluation of the carbon footprint of automobile bumpers.The boundaries of the life cycle system of the automobile bumper were determined,the inventory data was collected,the quantitative accounting of the carbon footprint of the life cycle of the automobile bumper was carried out,and the quantitative values of each stage were obtained.On this basis,according to the carbon footprint evaluation results,the total quality of the bumper,the type of material,the energy,the recovery rate and other factors are selected as single factors or two factors for sensitivity analysis,and the carbon reduction suggestions are put forward for each stage of the automobile bumper according to the sensitivity analysis results.Finally,based on the analysis of enterprise needs,a prototype of carbon emission accounting software was developed to help enterprises calculate product carbon emissions more efficiently and accurately,and to provide useful reference for enterprise personnel to make carbon reduction decisions.In summary,this paper completes the research on the carbon footprint evaluation of automobile bumpers,provides a complete and effective method for carbon footprint accounting of automobile bumpers,and develops evaluation software.The method proposed in this paper provides an important reference for the carbon footprint accounting and analysis of auto parts products. |
