| In recent years,micro turbojet engines have been widely used in various small combat weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles.Micro turbojet engines have the advantages of small size,light weight,and high reliability.As a power supply system for precision strike small combat weapons,it has very important research value.Therefore,according to the working characteristics of a certain type of micro turbojet engine,this article analyzes its control requirements,and designs the overall plan of the controller according to the control requirements of the controller,designs the hardware and software parts of the control system,and completes the PCB layout And experiment.In order to improve the robustness and response speed of the speed control system of the micro turbojet engine,the fuzzy neural network PID control algorithm is used to control its speed system,and the upper computer operating system is designed to observe the collected parameters and issue the corresponding control.instruction.Finally,according to the simulation experiment,the basic control performance of the controller is simulated.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the control requirements of the controller according to the working characteristics and performance indicators of a certain type of micro turbojet engine.Design the hardware and software system scheme of the engine controller according to the requirements of the controller.(2)According to the hardware system scheme of the turbojet engine,the hardware of the controller is modularized design,which are power module,data acquisition module,drive module,processor module,communication module and memory module,and make PCB board.(3)In order to improve the response speed and stability of the engine speed system,the fuzzy neural network PID algorithm is used to design the control system,and the mathematical model of the engine speed-fuel supply system is established by the black box modeling method,which reduces to a certain extent The cycle and complexity of modeling are improved.Through the comparison with the traditional PID control algorithm,the results show that the fuzzy neural network PID control algorithm is more robust,faster in response,and smaller in overshoot.(4)The software system of the engine controller is realized through Keil software,and the host computer interface of the engine controller is designed to monitor the working parameters of the engine in real time.The system has the function of issuing control commands driven by solenoid valves and motors,and can Reflect whether the engine is malfunctioning in time.The controller hardware system is verified by simulation experiment,and the closed-loop simulation experiment of engine speed control is designed.The experimental results show that the micro-turbojet engine controller can initially realize the system’s data collection and engine speed fuel supply control. |
