| Although the market scale of our country’s logistics industry has ranked first in the world,automobile logistics,which is an important part of it,still has problems such as extensive management and high cost.This article will take the D automobile joint venture as an example.Based on the author’s more than 20 years of experience in the field of parts logistics,he will explore a suitable lean logistics management scheme on the basis of his existing logistics scheme,so as to improve the logistics system capacity of the automobile industry.for reference.The Konzern logistics system and the Toyota lean production logistics system are the two classic systems of current automotive logistics,and they are quite different in production planning,order management,inbound and factory logistics.The logistics system of Konzern is relatively more flexible,but at the expense of the occupation of inventory funds;Toyota’s lean production logistics system emphasizes smooth production,and the cost is relatively low,but its flexibility is poor,and fluctuations in production plans will have a greater impact on production.The logistics model of the D-automobile joint venture is generally more inclined to the Konzern logistics system.In the D Auto joint venture,the enterprise resource management system and production control system have become increasingly mature,fully supporting the informatization of all businesses such as supply chain and production.The relatively complete supplier management and logistics service quality supervision are the implementation guarantees for the effective logistics management of the D Auto joint venture.The four process modules of production planning,order management,inbound logistics and factory logistics rely on these systems to complete the overall logistics supply and ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.However,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the supply chain cost,logistics management particles,supply chain integration and operation efficiency of the D Auto joint venture.Based on the in-depth study of the two logistics management modes,and on the basis of the Konzern logistics system,the author proposes a new lean logistics management scheme based on the precise and smooth production practices of the Toyota lean production logistics system.The article expounds the design ideas,core logic,overall process and scheme design of the scheme in detail.The core goal of the "lean logistics management solutions" is to achieve the lowest supply chain cost through lean planning of each link of the supply chain.Therefore,its main measures are: freezing the order flow,controlling the body flow,and dividing the parts flow.Compared with the traditional logistics management scheme,the supply chain integration and intelligence of the lean logistics management scheme have been greatly strengthened,the management particles have become more refined,and the overall cost has been significantly reduced.In addition,in order to ensure the stable implementation of the lean logistics management plan,the D Auto joint venture has also completed the top-to-bottom cognitive penetration and skill improvement within the enterprise,and has completed the process by means of supplier database management,capability improvement,performance evaluation and other measures.The implementation of the lean logistics management plan on the supplier side is guaranteed.In the future,the D Auto joint venture will continue to make efforts in digital transformation,and will make precise investments in three aspects: breaking data barriers,enhancing supply chain information interaction,establishing production and sales matching models,accurately forecasting demand,strengthening talent incubation mechanism,and cultivating compound logistics talents,constantly optimize its own lean logistics management,improve the level of logistics system,and explore ways to reduce logistics costs and increase efficiency. |
