Energy plays a more and more important role in human life.In the past decades,human used to explore and use energy in a brutal way,which led to global energy shortage and serious environmental issue.In order to ensure the sustainable development and commit peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before2060.Integrated Energy System has became a new energy production and consumption pattern which can improve the efficiency of multi-energy utilization and increase the absorption of renewable energy.Due to the strong intermittent of renewable energy and the high dimension of multi-objective optimization,solving the dispatching strategies of Integrated Energy System is very complex.In addition,because the renewable energy resources,climate and energy consumption habits differs a lot in different areas,it is of enormous engineering application significance to research on the optimal dispatching strategies in a specific area.In this paper,a certain industrial estate which combined cooling,heating was chosen to be the research object.And work out the dispatching strategies which satisfy the economic and environmental requirements of the system was the research target.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Analyzed the power grid structure,load and natural resources characteristics of this certain industrial estate which combined cooling and heating.Then build the model of this Regional Integrated Energy System which combined generating unit,heating unit,cooling unit and storage unite that composed respectively of turbine and photovoltaic power generation,waste heat boiler and gas boiler,absorption refrigeration and electrical refrigeration and storage battery.2.Build the multi-objective optimization scheduling model which target function are the lowest cost of the system and the lowest emission amount of pollutant,and under the constraints of satisfying the balancing of the electric,heat and cold power,the operating power and climbing rate of the equipments and so on.Because the NSGA-II algorithm was easy to fall into local solution,and the late convergence speed was slow,an improved algorithm was proposed to solve the optimal dispatching problem,which combined immigration operator,adaptive genetic algorithm and the Crow Search Algorithm.Based on the industrial estate’s typical days in summer,winter and transition season’s statistics,and compare the optimal scheduling results solved by the different algorithms,proved that the Improved Algorithm can avoid falling into the local solution efficiently,and speed up the convergence speed,which was suitable of solving the dispatching problem of Integrated Energy System.
