During the driving process of the vehicle,the road excitation is transmitted to the personnel and equipment on the vehicle through the tires,suspension and body.For the precision instruments loaded on the vehicle,the vibration caused by the road bumps affects the working accuracy and reliability.In order to ensure the normal work of the precision instruments in the vehicle,this paper combines the "vehicle electromagnetic active vibration absorber development" with the industry-university research cooperation project,designs the vehicle active vibration absorber model with electromagnetic force as the active control force,and researches its working mechanism and control technology.This paper summarizes the research status of vibration absorbers and vibration control technology at home and abroad.According to the unevenness power spectrum density of pavement defined by international standards,the time domain excitation models of different pavements and the passive vibration absorber-body-tire threedegree-of-freedom 1/4 vehicle model and the active vibration absorber-body-tire threedegree-of-freedom 1/4 vehicle model with electromagnetic force as the active control force are established,and the nonlinear system is also linearized by using feedback linearization method.The principles and design methods of linear gain control,sliding mode control,and fuzzy PID control are introduced,and the corresponding feedback controllers are designed.According to the three-degree-of-freedom 1/4 vehicle model,a passive vibration absorber and an electromagnetic active vibration absorber simulation model based on three control methods were established and analyzed in Simulink environment.The simulation results show that the vibration absorption effect of electromagnetic active absorber is significantly improved compared with that of passive absorber;meanwhile,the stability of sliding mode controller is demonstrated when it is disturbed.Under the road excitation condition of driving at 60km/h on Class C road surface,with the root-mean-square value of acceleration in vertical direction as the evaluation index,the sliding-mode-controlled electromagnetic absorber can obtain good vibration absorption effect with a small difference in energy consumption.Meanwhile,the sliding mode control can still achieve effective control of vibration displacement of the vibration absorber after the disturbance is applied,and its response speed after the disturbance is significantly faster than that of linear gain control and fuzzy PID control.In order to confirm the effectiveness of the designed electromagnetic vibration absorber based on the sliding mode control method,a simulation test platform is built,and the Simulink model for the simulation test is established and converted into an RTW model that can be automatically generated by code,and the C code is generated in the environment built by Simulink and CCS software,compiled and downloaded to the TI series as the main controller of this test.DSP development board TMS320f28027 as the main controller of this experiment.The test results show that the electromagnetic vibration absorption system based on the sliding mode control can realize the effective control of the absorber displacement and acceleration,and then realize the effective absorption of the vibration.The results of this paper are of reference significance for the research on the related content of the vehicle electromagnetic active absorber,and the test method based on the automatic generation of Simulink code can also be used in the research of similar problems.
