| With the rapid development of the global economy, available energy is becoming more and more scarce. As a kind of renewable energy, biomass energy,if used effectively, will provide great help to alleviate the energy crisis and environmental crisis. As an external combustion engine,a free-piston Stirling engine can be used with a variety of fuels as a heat source. In recent years, various countries have carried out extensive research and application of new energy energy conversion with the Stirling engine as the core. Therefore, research on Stirling engine and energy conversion research combined with renewable biomass energy is of great significance to alleviate the current situation of energy shortage in my country. This paper comes from the research group’s project "Biomass Energy Comprehensive Conversion Module and Demonstration System",focusing on the use of a free-piston Stirling generator as the thermoelectric conversion unit, and clarifying the efficient thermoelectric conversion path of biomass energy-heat-electricity.This paper The main research contents are as follows:This paper takes the α-type free-piston Stirling generator as the research object, builds a mathematical model for the permanent magnet synchronous three-phase generator, and uses Maxwell software to analyze the electromagnetic output and energy loss of the Stirling generator under no-load conditions.Based on the simplified third-order cycle analysis method combined with the one-dimensional unsteady gas theory, the performance of the engine was simulated in the internal combustion engine simulation software GT-power,and the characteristics and energy consumption of the engine components were obtained. The offline prediction and global optimization of the Stirling engine heater and cooler temperature and operating parameters are carried out by using the DOE optimization module that comes with the software combined with the non-normalized genetic algorithm, which provides guidance for subsequent experiments.Combined with the basic theory of heat transfer,a labyrinth heating kettle was designed, and a cyclone burner was designed using the diffusion combustion theory. The Stirling generator experiment was used to verify that the burner-heating kettleStirling generator as an integrated Feasibility of the heat exchange unit mechanism. Finally,a biomass energy comprehensive conversion module and demonstration system was built. The platform can achieve 3202 W of electric energy output under the condition of full power generation.Through the voltage and frequency display of the Stirling generator, the Stirling generator power generation module reaches an output voltage of 220 V.The frequency is 50 Hz AC,and the combustion power generation meets the power generation of a single Stirling at 800 W,and the power factor is greater than 0.95,which realizes its own energy supply. |
