Focusing on the overweight turret of an anti-aircraft rocket launcher,the structure optimization of turret is realized through topology optimization and multi-objective size optimization.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Topology optimization technology is introduced into the conceptual design stage of the turret.The initial conceptual model satisfying the basic functions of the turret body is established by the turret design requirements.By analyzing the launch dynamics at different shooting angles,the transient force curve of gas jet transfer to turret through trunnion under various working conditions is solved.The obtained data provide load data support for optimization work.The finite element model of the turret body is established.The load and boundary conditions are applied under four different shooting angles.Combined with the mathematical model,reasonable topology optimization parameters are set.The turret topology optimization is carried out successively.The turret structure with reasonable material distribution is obtained,which provided the model basis for the subsequent parameter optimization.(2)Static and transient mechanical characteristics of the turret are analyzed in this section.Firstly,the static mechanical analysis of the rocket turret is carried out to obtain the stress and displacement contour under different working conditions.Secondly,through the modal analysis,the first tenth-order vibration pattern of the turret is obtained.The results of the static and modal analyses are used to optimize the size of the wall and rib in different parts of the turret.The maximum stress,maximum displacement and center displacement of trunnion hole of the turret are obtained under different working conditions.The rigidity of the turret still has relatively spare optimized parts to be found.Further lightweight design can be carried out to improve maneuverability.(3)Multi-objective cooperative optimization design is used to design turret wall and rib.Firstly,parametric optimization finite element and mathematical models are established to determine the optimization variables and their selected values.Hammersley experimental design method is used to analyze the main effects of different variables on the objective function.The RBF radial basis function method is used to construct a high-precision approximation model of turret mass,first-order modal and specific stiffness structural efficiency.The global optimization is firstly carried out by multi-objective genetic algorithm.The second gradient optimization is carried out by sequential quadratic programming method.The global optimal solution is obtained by approximating gradually.The optimization design strategy proposed in this paper can provide reference for solving complex problems of multi-objective optimization.
