| With the rapid development of bridge engineering technology,the division of labor in bridge construction is more refined and professional,and bridge construction monitoring is becoming more and more important.Due to the occurrence of various errors in bridge construction,the actual state of the bridge deviates from the design requirements.Therefore,bridge construction monitoring is required to control and adjust the deviated state to ensure the safety and reliability of the bridge construction process and after it is put into operation.Therefore,the actual state of the bridge at each stage of the construction process is as close as possible to the ideal design state.Based on the Huoshan new area No.2 Bridge in Gujiao City,Shanxi Province,(28 + 36 +80 + 36 + 28)m through continuous beam arch composite system bridge,this paper carries out construction monitoring research on the through continuous beam arch composite system bridge,and explores the alignment and stress changes of the bridge main beam and main arch and the internal force changes of the suspender;According to the state of the bridge after completion,the load test is carried out to simulate the state of the bridge after it is put into operation,and the load test indexes of the bridge are known in advance.In this paper,Midas/Civil finite element software is used for simulation analysis and calculation,which simplifies and simulates the deformation and stress of each construction monitoring stage of the bridge,and provides a theoretical basis for construction monitoring.In each key stage of construction monitoring,measure the actual value of the alignment and internal force of the key section of the bridge,and then compare and analyze the actual value with the finite element value.If the error exceeds the specified standard,it needs to be corrected in time.The completed bridge load test of the new bridge is mainly to determine the mode shape of the bridge and to evaluate the performance of the bridge under static and dynamic loads.Its evaluation indicators are multi-directional and multi-dimensional,and the working conditions are classified in detail,reflecting the actual state of the bridge being put into operation.Through the research of construction monitoring analysis and load test,the results show that the measured values in the construction stage meet the design requirements,ensure the safety,reliability and durability of the bridge construction process and after putting into operation,and provide a reference for the subsequent further research of through continuous beam-arch composition bridge,which plays a certain role in promoting the development of bridge monitoring technology. |
