| As an important transportation hub, with the increasing complexity of the building structure required for construction and the continuous improvement of the span, the effective monitoring of its structural safety has become a research hotspot in the bridge field.Due to historical reasons, old bridges do not have the conditions of intelligent monitoring, and the evaluation of their quality and health depends on manual detection.Due to the low efficiency of inspection, long monitoring cycle and poor safety performance,it has been unable to meet the requirements of modern maintenance and management of bridges.Aiming at the problems of long monitoring cycle, low efficiency and low damage location accuracy of existing old bridges, this paper designs an all-weather bridge health monitoring system based on wireless sensor network.Firstly, the calculation methods of modal parameters such as deflection, strain and static displacement of the bridge are analyzed, and the overall scheme of obtaining technical indexes and comprehensive parameters of the bridge is put forward according to the engineering requirements;Secondly, the hardware circuit of the bridge wireless monitoring node with arm as the core and the software programs such as global clock,multi-channel acquisition, wireless transmission and Ethernet interface are designed;Thirdly, the bridge health diagnosis method based on RESNET residual network is established, and the upper computer control software based on QT is built; Finally, the performance test and field test of the system are carried out.The experimental results show that the hardware technical indexes of the test node meet the preset requirements and can obtain effective bridge vibration signals. It can effectively evaluate the bridge health with an accuracy of 80%.This topic has certain engineering application value in the intelligent rapid evaluation of old bridges and the operation and maintenance of bridges. |
