With the development and improvement of electrical engineering technology such as power electronics,electromagnetic theory,Wireless Power Transmission(WPT)is a technology that has recently received widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad.It has not only widely used in various complex industrial sites(such as underwater and mine power supply),implantable medical device research and other fields,but also accelerated market transformation and appeared in daily life such as charging of portable communication devices and new energy vehicles.Currently,a major problem facing WPT technology in the pneumatic field is that the output power and transmission efficiency of the system are not stable enough when the relative distance between the transmitting and receiving changes in the complex environment of the industrial site.As a result,optimizing design to improve the output power,transmission efficiency and stability of transmission is needed.This thesis conducted an in-depth analysis of the magnetically coupled resonant WPT technology,introduced a compensation network structure,and proposed an optimized design scheme to improve the system transmission performance and achieve a continuous and stable power supply for pneumatic component loads.The research content of this thesis is as follows.(1)Investigating and analyzing of WPT technology.This thesis has researched the background and domestic and foreign literature,has understood,compared and selected the working principle of existing WPT technologies(magnetic field coupled,electric field coupled and electromagnetic radiation),has investigated the current research status of researchers at home and abroad on the coupling system design,impedance matching and compensation network research of WPT technologies.(2)Modeling analysis of WPT system based on compensation network.This thesis has introduced the basic structure and working principle of MCR-WPT technology,has explained the compensation network by two common research methods.Based on the mutual inductance coupling theory,this thesis studied and introduced the basic compensation network and higher order compensation network topology,compensation conditions,established mathematical models.(3)Simulation analysis of the transmission characteristics of the compensation networks.This thesis has simulated several compensation networks by MATLAB,Multisim,HFSS and other software to analyze the effects of different coupling coefficients,loads and operating frequencies in terms of power,efficiency and other main parameters indexes to determine the actual compensation scheme.(4)Building an experimental platform to verify and test.By the theoretical analysis and simulation results,this thesis has selected suitable instruments and circuit hardware modules to test the transmission characteristics of the MCR-WPT system with compensation network,compared the optimization of different compensation networks.
