| As an exquisite microcosm of the progress and development of hardware and software in the field of Measurement and Instrumentation,every major change of highprecision digital multimeter in its performance and morphology will bring meaningful inspiration to the technological breakthrough of other instruments in the industry.Based on the hardware platform of a 6.5-bit high-precision digital multimeter equipped within a certain type of analog signal integrated test module,the main subject of this thesis is to design and implement a full-featured digital multimeter software application and its supporting calibration program based on the Lab Windows/CVI integrated development environment,which complies with the Interchangeable Virtual Instruments(IVI)design specification.This thesis elaborates the overall process and key algorithm logic of the software design of the classroom high-precision digital multimeter,and tries to improve the simple and clear human-computer interaction interface,efficient and convenient signal measurement function and stable and reliable calibration scheme while ensuring the accuracy level of the equipment.The software design of this thesis proposes a highly effective/robust data processing and high-precision calibration and anomaly detection algorithm,and the basic contents of the research of this thesis are as follows:1.Research and analysis of basic software functional requirements and user interface interaction logic,organization of software data structure and high cohesion and low coupling behavior levels according to the actual hardware communication methods and software development platforms;2.Get through the basic hardware and software communication functions and organize the measurement,test and calibration behavior in the form of concurrent threads,and design and implement advanced functions including historical measurement caching,trend/histogram plotting and remote control;3.Explore the data processing requirements of the whole process of the application,design and implement the sequence optimization algorithm to improve the effectiveness of data acquisition and the abnormal data detection algorithm suitable for data set verification and real-time measurement scene;4.This thesis focuses on the specific influencing factors of the accuracy and stability of the digital multimeter under each independent signal gear,and designs the antiinterference regularized linear regression model and the highly interpretable nonlinear regression model in a targeted manner,and creatively uses the integrated algorithm to fuse the final Calibrate the model and analyze the model execution efficiency and persistence scheme,and try to deploy the remote calibration service in combination with the model implementation platform to realize a complete digital multimeter integrated calibration process;5.According to the digital multimeter uncertainty calibration standards,verify the accuracy and stability of the value after full-scale calibration under a variety of extreme conditions,build and improve the automatic test function.After a thorough test and experiment validation,this topic developed by six and a half high precision digital multimeter module satisfies the requirement of each function of the product specification and technique index,and maintain the stable version under the effective market feedback iteration,namely the design of the software to meet project for function and performance requirements. |
