Research On The Micro-renewal Design Strategy Of Small Streets And Alleys In The Old Urban Area ——Take Gongchen Street In Hefei As An Example

With the continuous development of urbanization in our country,the problems faced by cities are becoming more and more prominent.As a public space close to residents’ lives,small streets and alleys are closely related to residents’ sense of well-being and acquisition,and bear specific,subtle,and vivid life events.However,most of the small streets and alleys are located in the corners of the city,with incomplete facilities,poor environmental quality,and chaotic traffic order,so it is difficult to get the attention of the management department.Therefore,studying the renewal and reconstruction of small streets and alleys is an indispensable factor in improving people’s living standards,and it is also one of the problems that cannot be ignored in the current urban renewal governance in my country.This study takes the small streets and alleys in the old city of Hefei City,Anhui Province as the research object,and summarizes its development history,spatial characteristics,current problems,renovation principles and methods,renovation process and The controlling elements of street and alley renewal,etc.,analyze and propose the micro-renewal design strategy of small streets and alleys in the old city and apply it to the practical case of renovation and renewal of Gongchen Street area in Hefei City.The main conclusions are as follows:（1）In terms of traffic optimization,improve the traffic system and service facilities,improve the convenience of the streets,open up the traffic microcirculation in the blocks,and reduce the traffic pressure in the city.（2）In terms of environmental quality,extensive fa（?）ade renovation and landscape quality improvement shall be carried out,the fa（?）ade environment shall be purified from the interface,and the visual image shall be improved from the feeling,so as to realize the harmony of the overall style and appearance of the block.（3）In terms of space format,rationally allocate street and lane facilities,actively settle in suitable formats,make full use of corner space,enhance the vitality of the block,and improve the convenience of life and the sense of happiness of residents.（4）In terms of street culture,the protection and reconstruction of small streets and alleys under the concept of "micro-renewal" focuses on their authenticity,respects the existing context of streets and alleys,and activates the culture,Economic and artistic vitality.（5）In terms of implementation guarantee,establish an update feedback mechanism to continuously carry out the update,and use the incremental update construction method to coordinate with multiple subjects to realize the transition from static blueprint planning to dynamic rolling planning.The small streets and alleys in the Gongchen Street area are renovated slightly on the premise of retaining the characteristic features,adjusting the building functions,optimizing the traffic in the lanes,improving the style of the block,and reflecting the market culture and local characteristics of Hefei City.This research hopes to improve the style and appearance of the streets and alleys through the renovation of the small streets and alleys in the old city,and provide ideas and methods for the renewal of other streets and alleys of the same type.Figure[102] table[15] reference[77]...
