Research On Construction Safety Management Of Hefei Metro Line 6

With the rapid improvement of China’s urbanization level,the GDP of major cities has increased year by year,and the number of people pouring into cities from rural areas has gradually expanded.As an important means of transportation to relieve traffic pressure,the demand for urban rail transit has been increasing in recent years,and China’s subway construction has ushered in a spring of vigorous development.Subway construction has its unique characteristics,such as large construction investment,long construction period,complex construction environment,etc.these factors are the main causes of safety production accidents in the construction stage of urban subway,which seriously affect the construction progress of the project and bring adverse effects to the society.Therefore,the research on the construction safety management of urban subway project becomes more and more important.By screening large and medium-sized cities in Europe and the United States and other subway construction developed countries,this paper studies the relevant literature of subway project construction safety management,summarizes the current situation of urban subway construction safety management in China,and selects the safety management case of Hefei Metro Line 6 phase I project as the research object.Hefei Metro Line 6 phase I project is divided into four bid sections,all of which are constructed by consortium.Each construction unit has established a relatively perfect project management system,project safety management system and safety management objective responsibility system.However,due to the complexity of metro construction,the allocation of safety management personnel of various disciplines of the project,as well as the high standards of safety awareness and technical requirements of on-site construction personnel,As a result,there are many problems in the safety management in the project construction stage.By screening large and medium-sized cities in developed countries,such as Europe and the United States,this paper studies the related literature of subway project construction safety management,summarizes the present situation of urban subway construction safety management in China,and selects the safety management case of the first phase of Hefei Metro Line 6 as the research object.The first phase project of Hefei Metro Line 6 is divided into four bid sections,all of which are constructed by a consortium.Each construction unit has established a relatively complete project management system,project safety management system and safety management target responsibility system.However,due to the complexity of subway construction,high requirements for the allocation of safety management personnel of various specialties of the project,and high standards for the safety awareness and technical requirements of on-site construction personnel,many problems have arisen in the safety management during the project construction stage.Finally,Through the research method of combining theory with practice,taking the project construction safety risk management as the main research point,this paper puts forward feasible safety management measures and suggestions from five aspects of "people,materials,machines,methods and environment",which can provide reference for the safety management in the future urban subway construction stage.
