| With large-scale urbanization,the urban construction of high carbon dioxide emissions,the problem such as high energy demand is restricts the city to achieve its high livability and the goal of sustainable development,wisdom city and low carbon city under the background of this arises at the historic moment,both are human in the process of urban construction to the urban development trend and requirements of,The same purpose is to improve urban livability and achieve sustainable urban development.As an indispensable part of urban construction,traditional public facilities are inevitably faced with updating and upgrading in the development wave of smart city and low-carbon city.Traditional public facilities need to be transformed into more intelligent and low-carbon public facilities.The purpose of its transformation is to provide more convenient services for urban residents while seeking lower carbon emissions,and to assist the city to achieve the goal of improving residents’ livability and urban sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and research value to explore intelligent public facilities under the concept of low-carbon design.Through literature research methods,this paper sorts out the research status of intelligent public facilities and low carbon design,and sorts out the design principles of traditional public facilities.Through comparative research method and investigation research method,field research is conducted on traditional public facilities and part of intelligent public facilities to explore the problems existing in the process of intelligent upgrading of different types of public facilities and the direction of intelligent upgrading.In addition,the updating of the design principles of intelligent public facilities in terms of functionality,safety,systematicness and sustainability compared with the traditional public facilities design is summarized.Through the excellent cases of low-carbon design of intelligent public facilities,the main strategies and methods of low-carbon design of intelligent public facilities are summarized.With the help of low-carbon design concept,this paper analyzes the whole life cycle design of intelligent public facilities,identifies the low-carbon breakthrough points in each process of the whole life cycle of intelligent public facilities,and concludes that the low-carbon design of intelligent public facilities should focus on four dimensions: material,structure,green energy utilization and carbon compensation design.Based on the design principles of intelligent public facilities,the paper summarizes the specific requirements and methods of intelligent public facilities design in various dimensions,and accumulates relevant design experience and technical support for the final design practice through participating in the design work of university-enterprise practical cooperation projects.Finally on Haidian Park Phase 2 Upgrade Wisdom,for low carbon design concept based intelligent public facilities design practice,combined with the user requirements and the low carbon design requirements,will demand by tourists as a carrier for space to rest the pavilion with collector floor tile,rainwater recycling system,intelligent seat,solar roof and green plant and other supporting facilities,at the same time of meet the demand of users to have a rest,Achieving the goal of low carbon and intelligentization of intelligent public design in the whole rest system.Research for the traditional intelligent upgrade public facilities or smart public facilities design provides a reference of low carbon design principle,method,help designers and city managers from a new perspective of intelligent low carbon design of public facilities,and make more effective decisions,eventually achieve the goal of low carbon and sustainable development. |
