With the rising market share of electric vehicles and the continuous development of Internet of vehicles technology,electric vehicle charging solutions can be built to realize charging booking and scheduling,which is convenient for users and conducive to the reasonable allocation of power resources and timely response to emergencies by relevant enterprises or departments.However,the privacy protection of electric vehicle is prominent.Sensitive information such as identity,travel purpose,driving route and travel habits will be exposed when electric vehicles make charging reservation and obtain electric power service.When these information is used illegally,users’ property and even personal safety will be threatened.Researchers have designed many anonymous authentication schemes based on pseudonym,anonymous certificate,group signature,ring signature and other technologies.However,many of the current schemes have problems such as linkable messages,incomplete anonymity or high computational and communication costs,and there is few design and application of relevant schemes based on Chinese commercial cryptographic algorithm.Aiming at the problems in the existing anonymous authentication schemes and considering the requirement for information confidentiality,we focuse on the design of ring signcrypt algorithm based on SM9 identity-based cryptographic algorithms,and builds the anonymous charging reservation mechanism of electric vehicles based on it,so as to realize the privacy protection of electric vehicle users.The contribution of this paper includes:1.Design ring signcryption scheme based on SM9 algorithm and provide formal securityproof in the random oracle model;2.Design an anonymous charging reservation scheme for electric vehicles in the Internet ofvehicles based on blockchain.Based on the ring signcryption algorithm,the confidential-ity of the transmitted messages is ensured while the user is anonymous,and the securityand trusted sharing of data is achieved by using blockchain technology.3.The system prototype is implemented and the implementation mechanism was optimizedto further reduce the computational overhead,so as to make the scheme more usable inthe application environment of the Internet of vehicles.Finally,the computational andcommunication costs of the proposed scheme are evaluated.
