Research On Risk Assessment Of Green Asset Securitization Of Byd New Energy Vehicle Leasing

The new energy car rental industry is developing rapidly in China,but the development of new energy car rental business needs a lot of funds as support.Therefore,in order to broaden financing channels,new energy car rental enterprises decide to carry out green asset securitization business and use the raised funds for the promotion of new energy vehicles.In addition,due to the late start of green asset securitization in China,there are many potential risks.Therefore,the research on the risk of green asset securitization of new energy vehicle leasing is of great significance in both theoretical and practical fields.Taking the "BYD leasing green asset support special plan" as the research case,this paper takes the risk identification,evaluation and corresponding preventive measures for the identified risks as the context to study the risk management of the new energy vehicle leasing asset securitization project.In terms of risk identification,the operation process of BYD leasing green asset securitization project is decomposed by comprehensively using literature research method,case analysis method and flow chart method,and 14 risk factors are identified,which can be classified into credit risk,technical risk,environmental risk and operational risk;On this basis,the expert interview method is used to construct the risk evaluation index system;Analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to analyze the relative importance of each risk factor and determine the risk evaluation value of the special plan.The research shows that the overall risk level of BYD leasing green asset special plan is "general",and the credit risk and technical risk have the highest impact on BYD leasing green asset securitization project,and the risk level is "strong".Finally,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures for four categories of risk factors.Through the research on BYD leasing green asset support special plan,it is found that different risk factors have different influence on the special plan.Therefore,corresponding risk prevention measures are put forward according to the four risk categories,so as to provide reference for the follow-up green asset securitization project of new energy vehicle leasing in risk evaluation research.
