| In recent ten years,the number of hospital buildings in China has increased greatly,but the quality of hospital space in China has not improved significantly.With the popularization of modern holistic medical model,the progress of public health and the development of healthy buildings in China,users put forward higher requirements for hospital space quality and medical experience.The "medical machine" that only meets the needs of health treatment can no longer meet the functional orientation of physical,psychological and social health.As the main activity space of patients,hospital indoor space lacks overall consideration in design objectives and methods.At present,the design of hospital indoor space only depends on the subjective experience of designers,which is not scientific.Therefore,this study adopts "Biophilc Design" as the theoretical guidance,adopts the method of field investigation,makes clear the needs of users for different spaces,explores the design strategies of key spaces of outpatient department and inpatient department in hospital buildings,and verifies the effectiveness of the strategies through VR experiments.This study will be discussed from three parts:The first part is the theoretical research,corresponding to the second chapter of the text,which mainly summarizes the basic theoretical aspects of "Biophila" and "Biophilc Design" in detail.Starting from the basic connotation of the research theory,this thesis sorts out the four stages in the development of pro-biological design.In terms of design methods,through reading foreign literature,the design principles and health promotion mechanism are elaborated,and its application mode and specific elements are explored.In practice,a large number of excellent design cases of medical buildings at home and abroad are collected,and four aspects of biophilc design in the cases are sorted out by means of induction and summary.The second part is the investigation of existing problems,which corresponds to the third chapter of the main text.With the help of field investigation,the space environment and user needs of existing hospitals are studied.Through investigation,it is found that the existing hospitals only consider the physical environment such as lighting and ventilation in the design of healthy environment,but the three aspects of greening landscape,interior decoration and special space are far from adequate.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this thesis analyzes the hierarchy and difference of the needs of outpatients,inpatients and accompanying and visiting staff.Finally,by combining the problems found in the investigation with the benefits of biophilc design,the coupling between hospital interior space and design theory is analyzed,and 11 design patterns that can be applied in this study are put forward.The third part is the strategy proposal and application,corresponding to the fourth and fifth chapters in the article.According to the five principles of safety,functional requirements and biophilc design of indoor space of medical buildings,three design principles,namely,"goal-oriented,effective regulation and control","adapting to local conditions,emotional identification","overall consideration and element integration",are deduced.Secondly,in the specific design strategy,it is divided into three aspects: multi-place space attribute,multi-level greening layout and multi-experience node decoration.Combined with practical projects,the design strategy is applied,and the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by VR experiment and questionnaire.In this study,the existing problems were found by means of field investigation and questionnaire,the problems were analyzed by means of data statistics and qualitative analysis,and the problems were solved and verified by combining the theory of biophilc design with the design method of hospital interior space.Today,citizens’ demand for health is increasing,and the benefits of biophilc design on users’ health can provide new ideas for hospital indoor space in China. |
