Design Of Portable Sample Collection Box Under The Background Of Epidemic Situation

Under the background of COVID-19,the medical staff responsible for nucleic acid sample collection（hereinafter referred to as medical staff）often work in an unconventional medical environment.There are many inconveniences in storing and carrying the relevant samples for nucleic acid samples collection,and designing a portable nucleic acid sample collection box to improve the status of nucleic acid sample collection is imperative.At the same time,it is also of great significance to the design and research of medical and health products.This subject first combed the current situation of nucleic acid detection,sample collection and nucleic acid sample collection in the background of COVID-19.Secondly,the user needs are explored through field observation,questionnaire survey and user interview（hereinafter "user" refers to medical personnel）,and the user needs are summarized in combination with user behavior and psychological analysis.Then,it expounds the classification and design elements of portable products,discusses the design principles and methods of sample collection box,analyzes the design of portable sample collection box itself,and summarizes the design requirements.Finally,combined with the needs of users and the design requirements of sample collection box,make the final design positioning,put forward the design scheme of sample collection box with functional integration,reasonable space,convenient use and flexible carrying,and verify this scheme.Through the combination of portable product design and sample collection box design,this study puts forward a design scheme of portable sample collection box to better meet the needs of user sample collection.At the same time,it is hoped that this research will provide new design ideas for portable product design and medical and health product design,and have a certain reference value for the design and research of portable medical and health products in the future.
