| In recent years,the state’s preference for new energy vehicles has driven the vigorous development of many domestic automobile industries.This phenomenon is mainly caused by market and technology.Multi project concurrent management mode has become the norm of automatic driving suppliers.Improving the ability of multi project management has also become the most important management topic of automatic driving system suppliers.G company is committed to providing advanced engineering and technology services including the automatic driving system for the domestic automotive industry.The multi project management status of G company’s automatic driving business is highly representative in the domestic automatic driving industry.This thesis selects three representative multi project management cases of G company to make an in-depth and detailed analysis on the multi project management ability of G company.Through the analysis,it is concluded that there are three main reasons for the weak multi project management ability of G company,namely,organizational structure factors,multi project management process factors and multi project management resource allocation factors.According to these three main reasons,this thesis puts forward six improvement measures.In terms of organizational structure,it is necessary to adjust the current functional organizational structure to a matrix organizational structure more suitable for multi project parallel;Add project management office to improve the company’s comprehensive multi project management ability.In terms of multi project management process,it is necessary to establish project group management mode and project priority evaluation system.In terms of resource allocation,we need to improve the resource allocation scheme before project development,and strengthen the monitoring,feedback and timely adjustment of resources in the process of project development.Improving the ability of multi project management can not only ensure the quality of deliverables and complete project delivery on time,but also improve work efficiency and relieve employees’ work pressure,which also plays a positive role in corporate culture and work atmosphere.The research on multi project management in this thesis is not only applicable to the automotive industry,but also helpful to other parallel development and management modes of the same type of complex multi project groups. |
