Research On The Shape And Aesthetic Culture Of Bow Bag And Arrow Barrel In Yuan Dynasty

Bow sachets and quivers are important components of ancient production tools and war weapons.With the exchange of ethnic culture and scientific and technological progress,the shape and material of bow sachets and quivers continue to be rationalized.Due to the influence of ritual culture,the bow sachets and quivers used by emperors,nobles and officials are injected with class symbols,cultural ideas,decorative patterns The production process reflected people’s aesthetic concept and cultural trend at that time.Under the social background of multi-ethnic cultural exchange and integration in the Yuan Dynasty,the development of bow bag and arrow barrel presents unique characteristics of the times.In the research process,through the analysis of ancient literature and archeological excavation data of bow bags and quivers,and combined with two Yuan Dynasty bow bags and quivers,it is concluded that the exchange of national culture is the key factor affecting the development of bow bags and quivers in the Yuan Dynasty,and the continuous improvement of etiquette system makes bow bags and quivers mainly used as ritual utensils exquisite and gorgeous.In the demonstration,firstly,the development context of ancient Chinese bow bag and arrow barrel is analyzed from a vertical historical perspective.Due to the different living environment and production mode,the bow bag and arrow barrel of nomadic and agricultural ethnic groups show different development characteristics,and show a certain convergence due to the exchange of ethnic culture.Secondly,through the transverse analysis of the shape and material of the bow bag and quiver in the Yuan Dynasty,it can be seen that the knife handle bow bag and the convenient extrusion quiver have become the mainstream;The material is affected by the use.The practical utensils are mainly leather,and the ritual utensils are mostly textiles and tiger and leopard skins,which have special symbolic significance.Thirdly,it analyzes the social culture,etiquette attributes and artistic characteristics contained in the bow bag and arrow barrel of the Yuan Dynasty.Finally,taking the lying deer pattern Cu gold embroidered bow bag and the galloping deer pattern gilded gold and silver hoop quiver in the Yuan Dynasty as examples,this paper studies the artistic characteristics of the bow bag and quiver in this period,and summarizes that the decorative patterns and production technology on the two cultural relics have the distinct marks of both conflict and integration of nomadic culture,western culture and Central Plains culture.
