In recent years,with the development of automobile powertrain has brought an impact on the industrial structure of the automobile industry,the new OEM enterprises have emerged as a new force to seize the automobile production and marketing market by virtue of technology,service,modeling and other factors.The cost-effectiveness of automobiles has become an significant factor influencing consumers’ purchase and choice of vehicles.Automobile enterprises have proposed value-added marketing methods such as "free extended warranty" to attract consumers while the sales price of vehicles has been continuously lowered,which will inevitably lead to an increase in the cost of after-sales quality of OEM.The hidden quality cost of automobile parts and components companies that trigger the whole vehicle industry chain increases after the parts were sold.At the same time,in the process of acquiring new projects,automotive A/C system suppliers are in the buyer’s market of OEM procurement,and OEMs have the power to comprehensively evaluate suppliers’ quotation,technology,and quality,and to designate business nomination.Under the current fierce market competition,many air conditioning(A/C)system suppliers have fallen into a vicious circle of price competition.Automotive A/C system suppliers must respond to the impact of external factors on corporate profitability due to changes in warranty strategies based on corporate technology and quality capabilities.Based on the accumulation of past business and experience,Company S used extensive cost management for the company,and did not monitor and avoid detailed monitoring and avoidance of some potential quality cost risks,focusing on the research findings of relevant companies in the industry,there are also risks and insufficient control over quality costs.We hope to carry out refined management around after-sales quality costs in combination with the characteristics of automotive A/C system products,rely on the output conclusions of quality cost management to support the company.Quality cost planning and analysis at the quotation stage.The author takes the enterprise as the main body of the research,combined with the actual situation of S company’s automotive A/C system product technology and quality development,puts forward the problems existing in S company’s after-sales quality cost management,and constructs a product-dimensional after-sales quality cost statistical matrix based on the MOP/MIS method.The intuitive evaluation index and analysis method of the cumulative average after-sales quality cost CCPV are put forward,and the cost and quality management system and quality planning and quotation decision-making of parts and components enterprises under the current development situation of the automobile industry are improved.In addition,based on the platform-based and modular characteristics of the company’s automotive A/C system products and design,the after-sales basic data of similar platform products are sorted out,and the data clustering statistics and data training of the after-sales claim information of automotive air conditioners are combined with neural networks to solve the problem of "expect Q-cost of after-sales warranty period".The reliability prediction problem of after-sales quality cost under the strategy of "extended warranty period" provides support for the improvement of the overall quality cost management and business development of the enterprise.
