| With the development of electric power industry and the improvement of voltage level of transmission lines,the personal safety of electric power industry workers has been highly valued.Accurate and rapid measurement of the electric field intensity of the working environment is the premise to ensure the personal safety of electric power workers.At present,most mature schemes at home and abroad are based on optical methods and electrical methods.Specially designed micro-sensors based on MEMS technology are cutting-edge but their yield rate is too low.Electric field measuring devices based on Pockels/Kerr effect and electroluminescence benefit have huge volume and are easily affected by external environment,resulting in high cost.Low-cost,sensitive and compact electric field detection devices will provide a safety guarantee for power industry workers.Through the self-developed sensor probe,the use of low-cost and easy to obtain the microcontroller as the main control,so that the product long-term supply is guaranteed,while reducing the cost,easy to promote and large-scale use.This paper first introduces the development of electric field measuring device and its application in various fields,the development and research status at home and abroad,and discusses its research purpose and significance.Then from the structure and working principle of electric field measuring device,establish its electrical model,mathematical derivation.Based on the electromagnetic field theory,the electric field intensity simulation model under the Ansoft Maxwell platform was built,the sensor environment and its own parameters were constructed,and the electric field distribution of the sensor under transmission lines of different voltage levels was simulated to obtain its simulation data.The simulation data were summarized and the mathematical rules were obtained.It is convenient for the data comparison of the real object and the data fitting of the sensor.Finally,the structure,hardware and software design of electric field measurement system based on domestic MCU GD32 will be completed.The system supports both Beidou positioning and Lora communication as well as ultra-low power standby,and can communicate and position between harsh environments and long-distance transmission towers.According to the principle of electric field induction to design the sensor,through Ansys simulation and physical objects to determine the best sensor parameters,according to the function needs to complete the selection of chip,use Candence Allegro design board hardware,Candence Or CAD schematic drawing.Candence Sigrity was used to simulate the signal integrity SI,power integrity PI and heat transfer of the hardware system.Pro E is used to design the structure and appearance of the electric field sensor and realize the stack of hardware.Use Visual Studio editing and debugging with GDB tools,build cross-compilation environment to complete the software function design and implementation of the machine,and finally complete the production of the whole prototype.At the same time,sort out the relevant production documents to reduce the difficulty of the process,improve the production efficiency,and complete the production of the machine. |
