The live working of 10 kV distribution network is an important method to realize high quality power supply service at present,and is crucial to the development of modern power network operation and maintenance technology in China.Distribution of charged operation has certain risk,however,the labor intensity is high,need professional skills for homework personnel demand is high,in view of the present main still charged assignment is the actual situation of manual operation,through the simulation calculation with a certain length may arise when no-load capacitive cable capacitance current and break-brake over voltage,insulated tools of protective performance in operation,and development of safe and reliable operation tools,This ensures the safety of the operator.The key contents of the practical work and research I have participated in are reflected in the following aspects:Firstly,the background of this study and current research status of live line operation are analyzed,and the framework and key research contents of this study are introduced.Secondly,the principle and mode of live operation are analyzed,and the theoretical significance of this study is understood by means of basic analysis of concepts.Through the study of related principles,the operating characteristics and basic norms of live working are analyzed,so as to provide scientific basis for the sorting and selection of live working methods.Thirdly,on the basis of original study,conducted at a deeper level of technology research,mainly has the following several key core: 1.through the simulation calculation with a certain length may arise when no-load capacitive cable capacitance current and break-brake over voltage,clear 10 kV distribution network between the safety protective equipment and insulating operating tool in the process of electrical properties selection.Finally,According to the characteristics of effective shielding of dangerous points such as wires,insulators,cross arms and tower frame（part）with insulating shielding appliances in live operation of 10 kV multi-circuit line,tools that meet the relevant requirements of safety regulations for live operation of 10 kV multi-circuit line are developed,including insulating shielding appliances and insulating rods.Efficiently complete the live working of 10 kV multi-circuit line,such as replacing insulators,breaking the supported leads,connecting the supported leads,removing the outgoing cable leads,and connecting the outgoing cable leads with live lap.
